Great customer service. Helpful and friendly. Workers were industrious and cleaned the area after installation leaving it looking better than it did before they arrived. I was impressed with how they handled their own tools and tarps. Very neat and orderly. This told me they would use the same care with my installation and they did. I am extremely satisfied. Good service, good price, good installation. I would highly recommend this company!
A1 Home Improvement is a local family owned business. They just finished put a new roof on my house. From the very first call I made to them they were professional friendly, prompt and reliable . It was a real pleasure to work with from Jonathan in sales to Mile and the guys who did the installing with a fantastic clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend A1 to anyone needing a new or a repaired roof!
They came out and did an inspection of wind damage. They went on the roof taking pictures and video of entire roof. Found a lot more damage than I could see from the ground.A1 helped me with insurance company. After insurance company gave me ok. They got the building permit and started 2 weeks later. Roofing team came at7am. By 3:30 they cleaned everything out of yard. Josh the service rep.made sure everything went smoothly. Roof looks great. Thanks again Josh and A1 home improvement for a great job.
My Mother, Ann Bottaro had her roof replaced by A1. She is a senior citizen and A1's assistance in working with her insurance company was extremely helpful. The workers did a great job on the roof and cleaning up afterward. She would highly recommend them. Mike D. was great! Many thanks!
