It was a real pleasure to work with from Jonathan in sales to Mile and the guys who did the installing with a fantastic clean up afterwards. They came out and did an inspection of wind damage. They went on the roof taking pictures and video of entire roof. Found a lot more damage than I could see from the ground.A1 helped me with insurance company. After insurance company gave me ok. They got the building permit and started 2 weeks later. Roofing team came at7am. By 3:30 they cleaned everything out of yard. Josh the service rep.made sure everything went smoothly. Roof looks great. We interviewed six roofers. We are really happy that we went with A1 to replace our roof. Off the bat, the sales guy, Jared, was very professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he wasnt pushy and alarmist about our roof as we have found with other hard sell roofers. We appreciated A1s honesty and respectful manner from start to finish. Customer service was also excellent. They kept us informed of everything happening with this project. The work crew showed up early and worked efficiently to finish the job. The way they worked gave us the impression that there was a great deal of communication because they came here knowing exactly what they needed to do. We found that they were all very careful with our property and cleaned everything up when they were done. The foreman walked around our property with us after they were all done for a final inspection and to see if we had any concerns or questions. Our home looks great! Aside from the beautiful roof, I really appreciated that the type of dumpster that they used to cart off the roof debris didnt wreck our driveway. It was a good selling point for us compared to other companies dropping a heavy metal dumpster in our driveway for a few days and blocking access. That same day, they came back and picked up the dumpster after the crew was done. The person who picked it up, again, checked in with us about any additional questions or concerns that we had after the job was completed. Were very particular people, and we really appreciated the communication and quality workmanship that was given to this project. We will absolutely recommend them to people who we know, and plan to use their additional home services in the future. Overall, working with A1 on this project has been a great experience.
